Survey on Social Practice of Students and the Completion of the Chinese Language Learning Credit Program at Northern Arizona University 2019
On the morning of June 28th, the graduation ceremony of the Survey on Social Practice of Students and the Completion of the Chinese Language Learning Credit Program at Northern Arizona University 2019 was held in Conference Room 205 of Shaw Building.VicePresident XuGuanghong, head of School of Foreign Languages, representatives of teachers and project managers attended the ceremony.
The conference briefly reviewed and summarized the project. Through a commemorative video, it showed the vivid details of foreign students’ learning and life in Chong-mail for one month.The American student representative said that the training had laid a good foundation for their Chinese learning, they had had a preliminary understanding of Chinese traditional culture and a more intuitive understanding of the contemporary China, andthe one-month study would surely become an unforgettable experience in their lives. A student representative fromRajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya said that the training had yielded great results, especially addressed in the Chinese and English bilinguals to express the careful arrangement of CQUPT and the attentive guidance of teachers.ZuoYunwei from School of Foreign Languages spoke on behalf of the volunteers. During the project, she participated in a lot of learning and practicing activities, and formed a deep friendship with foreign students.ZuoYunwei recalled every bit of interaction between the two sides and expressed her good wishes for the future.Chen Min,a representative of teachers, said that she had felt the students’attention and interest in the classroom, andbeen impressed by their collective work, and that she hoped that they would continue to learn Chinese and Chinese culture.
After the teacher-student exchange, XuGuanghong issued a certificate of completion and souvenirs for each student, exchanged and took a group photo with all trainers present.
